For business environments some people use metal blinds to seal the offices or shops shut - protecting against anything from theft and vandalism through to bad weather and fire. Usually these types of blinds require a motor to close them as they can be very heavy. Our favourite blinds today are wooden blinds . If you treat your material blinds with care, they will rarely need cleaning. Yes, it's a good idea to get them dry-cleaned every few years (please check the manufacturers' instructions) but if you make sure you only move them with clean hands (not newspaper hands) then they should have a long clean, happy life.

When cleaning your venetian blinds it is always a good idea to check the manufacturer's instructions. But we recommend that you clean them every week to avoid a serious build-up of dirt that's harder to remove. A damp cloth is usually sufficient to remove dirty finger marks (even sticky ones), and sometimes it's easier to clean them all when they are closed and flat. Whether you are looking for venetian blinds, velux blinds, roller blinds, roman blinds or... well any type of blind... we think we can help transform your home in HD6.

If you have children, please make sure any cords are out of reach to ensure their safety. You can never be too careful. Don't forget to make sure you accurately measure your windows so that the blinds fit! We know it can be confusing sometimes when working with both cm and inches, and you wont be the first person to make that mistake if it happens.
